Aliki Taylor
Head Executive Director, Rwe TA Oncology Gilead Sciences
Aliki Taylor is Executive Director and RWE Therapeutic Area Head for Oncology at Gilead Sciences, where she leads real-world evidence strategy and evidence generation across the oncology portfolio. She brings extensive experience in epidemiology, outcomes research, and global RWE, with a particular focus on translating real-world data into robust evidence to support oncology decision-making.
Prior to joining Gilead, Aliki held senior global medical evidence and epidemiology leadership roles at AstraZeneca, where she led teams of epidemiologists and HEOR specialists and was accountable for the scientific and operational delivery of real-world studies and outcomes research across the Oncology Business Unit. Earlier in her career, she led global outcomes research at Takeda Oncology and European observational research at Amgen, developing RWE portfolios, external collaborations, and multi-year evidence strategies across a range of oncology indications.
