Iida Tynkkynen is Senior Strategic Real World Data Manager at Novo Nordisk, where she leads real-world data strategy and enablement, aligning data acquisition and analytics with integrated evidence strategies and portfolio priorities. Her work spans sourcing data from health systems, telehealth, wearables, and imaging, as well as building strategic partnerships to strengthen access to high-quality, regulatory-grade evidence.
Previously, Iida was a Real World Evidence Manager within Novo Nordisk’s Cardiometabolic Medical organisation, supporting integrated evidence planning and study execution across regional markets. She also helped strengthen organisational RWE capabilities through process optimisation, digital tracking, training, and cross-functional collaboration. With a people-first approach and a strong interest in implementation science and digitalisation, Iida is passionate about using evidence, data, and strategic partnerships to drive meaningful change in healthcare.
