Josie Wolfram

Senior Director, Real World Data Science Astellas Pharma Europe BV

Josie Wolfram heads the Real World Data Science, Opthalmology & Rare Disease group at Astellas, responsbile for providing methodological & analytical support for non-interventional studies using either secondary use databases or primary data collection. She has been focused on leveraging real world data to generate evidence or gain insights throughout the development lifecycle for the last eight years of her over 25 year pharma industry career. Previously, she held various statistical positions at Astellas in the Netherlands, Fujisawa in Munich, and GSK in London. She holds an MA Mathematics at the University of Oxford and an MSc Statistics at University College London. Josie is co-lead of the PSI/EFSPI RWD Special Interest Group.
