Holding an MBA and a doctoral background in health science, she currently heads the Integrated Evidence & Innovation function at Novartis Germany, where she drives strategy for real‑world data use, patient‑centric evidence platforms and cross‑functional alignment. Renate is passionate about leveraging digital health, data and innovation to improve patient outcomes and healthcare efficiency.
